Catherine herself is passionate about health and wellness and regularly sees her own Chiropractor to maintain her spine and posture.
"I see the benefits of adjustments immediately. I have more energy, I sleep better and I move much easier. My daughter has also had Chiropractic and received her first cranial adjustment at 2 weeks old. Ongoing Chiropractic is helping her with sleep, feeding and teething. She is a different child afterwards".
In her free time, Catherine enjoys spending time outdoors, walking with her Bernese Mountain Dog in Snowdonia and by the Sea.
