With all the focus on your newborn, who is going to care for the carer? Mothers are often neglected, and they can neglect themselves. This does not benefit you or your baby.

The painful conditions caused by pregnancy often go away after birth, but sometimes they do not. SPD, Pelvic pain syndrome, back pain and abdominal pain may remain, and if they do, they should be treated as quickly as possible. It is normally quite easy to sort these things out in the first months after you have given birth, but if you do not, they can become chronic and more difficult to treat.

It can also be helpful for you to continue receiving  craniosacral therapy and/or hypnotherapy. My treatment will give you an energy boost and help you feel more positive and calm.

After a session you will feel ready to take on whatever the world throws at you, including crying and sleepless babies! With the support of family and the care services It can also help you deal with more serious conditions such as post-natal depression.
